About Noah
Noah Bachoco is a Senior Associate in the Agricultural Property Team. He deals with a plethora of real estate matters including but not exclusively:
- Acquisitions, disposals and refinances of freehold and leasehold premises (including agricultural, commercial, high value residential and bare development land).
- Land management transactions, including the granting and negotiating of farm business tenancies, commercial tenancies and common law tenancies. He also deals with day-to-day leasehold management transactions, which include the granting of licences to alter, deeds of surrender, deeds of variation, licences to assign, etc.
- Renewable energy developments, acting for both landowners and developers in negotiating options and leases for solar, wind and battery storage projects.
- Residential development work, including options, conditional contracts, promotions and collaboration agreements.
Noah has an extensive background in client-facing roles. Having worked in the infrastructure and hospitality sectors prior to him joining Freeths, including working for Crossrail (in the development of the Elizabeth line), Noah has developed a professional but pragmatic approach to property transactions, providing straightforward and practical property advice to clients and intermediaries.
