Paul Wiggins

Paul is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Oxford. He joined Freeths in May 2018 and trained at the firm, spending time in Personal Injury, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation, and Corporate.

Paul assists on a wide range of contentious matters including technology and data disputes, breach of contract, property disputes, debt claims, and group actions. Paul has experience dealing with both pre-action matters, mediation through to settlement, and live litigation, acting on both claimant and defendant side.

Paul provides a calm and reassuring presence to clients, cutting through the facts to provide commercially viable solutions.
