About Phil

Phil is joint head of the Freeths’ Care Team. A corporate lawyer by trade, Phil has over 20 years’ experience advising on the full breadthe of corporate transactions and has specialised in private healthcare transactions for over 10 years. Phil counts amongst his clients many of the UK’s leading social care operators, developers and funders.

Phil regularly advises on high value and complex transactional matters and has substantial experience of deals involving UK and overseas REITs, specialist healthcare funds, pension funds and family office investors.
