Richard Collett

Richard is experienced in all aspects of real estate law including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, investment, development and portfolio management work.

He has worked with a wide range of clients with varying needs and aims, working in the City before taking up in-house positions in both the private and public sectors.

Richard’s practice includes a particular focus on the retail and leisure sectors. He gained invaluable sector insight from two years in-house with the shopping centre developer Westfield, where he worked on delivering flagship developments in West and East London. Richard has also undertaken multiple complex freehold and pre-let acquisitions for new restaurant sites on behalf of McDonald’s. In addition, Richard has acted for several leading gym providers in the health and fitness sector, including multiple acquisitions and disposals.
