Roxana is a specialist in our commercial dispute resolution team, with experience advising a wide range of clients, including large private companies, public companies, and individuals in complex cross-border and multijurisdictional disputes. Roxana has a proven track record in successfully advising clients on breach of contract claims and obtaining injunctive relief including Norwich Pharmacal orders, Bankers Trust orders, freezing injunctions, and anti-suit injunctions. Her expertise spans multiple sectors including energy and utilities, manufacturing and engineering, consumer products and financial services.

Additionally, Roxana has experience in arbitration, handling ICC and LCIA proceedings, including anti-suit injunctions, section 18 applications, and challenges and enforcements of arbitration awards.
