Before joining Freeths, Sam developed his skills at law firms of various sizes, including a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked firm. His background includes handling complex estate and trust taxation, Will drafting, and unusual grants of probate.
Sam has a particular interest in complex estate administration, tax planning, trust restructuring, and advising on the validity and interpretation of Wills.
