Sam is a Senior Associate based in our London office. His experience includes acting on a wide range of matters, both domestically in the UK and cross-jurisdictionally, concerning mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, business acquisitions and disposals, corporate structuring and restructuring, as well as advising on general corporate and company matters.

Sam has acted for a broad spectrum of clients, including entrepreneurs, HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, SMEs, large businesses and publicly listed companies across a variety of sectors, including corporate real estate, engineering, aviation, professional and financial services, luxury retail, FMCG, tourism, hospitality, sports (including e-sports), F & B and the drinks sector.

Having had a successful career in the drinks industry prior to becoming a lawyer, Sam is passionate in being involved in and acting for clients in the beers, wines and spirits industries.
