His background is corporate and leveraged acquisition finance and has worked on several high-profile acquisitions and syndicated multi-stream corporate financings. More recently, he has worked on asset financings in the developing markets natural resources space and several multi-jurisdictional general corporate and invoice discounting lines across Europe.
He specialises, however, in senior and mezzanine lender-side Real Estate acquisition, development and bridge finance including background funding lines, A-note lines and loan-on-loan structures.
He also acts for corporate lenders, challenger banks, MTN arrangers and family offices.
