We are dedicated to trying to achieve the most practical and commercial solutions. When things get tough, we will advise you on the best way of resolving matters, whether it be through negotiation, mediation or Court proceedings, and we will advise you in what order and at what times to progress your case through these options. In terms of avoiding or ending Court proceedings, we can advise on the various methods of alternative dispute resolution having resolved countless matters through negotiation and mediation, and having worked with the best mediators of property disputes in the country.
However, where it is necessary to pursue matters through the Courts to trial, we have significant experience of conducting property litigation at trial in the County Courts and in most divisions of the High Court, we have also appeared in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, winning at all levels. We also have substantial experience in some specialist Courts and tribunals, such as the Lands Chamber and the Residential Property Tribunal.
