This means they can handle all aspects themselves arising from such transactions, ensuring acquisition and disposal projects will be delivered on time and on budget by lawyers who understand the whole picture. By structuring our service delivery centred on one solicitor, there are also substantial cost savings to be passed on to you.

Substantial volumes of individual pub acquisitions and disposals are handled, involving TOGCs as well as alternative use disposals, conditional on matters such as planning. In addition we handle volume lettings and assignment work for many retail operations, at the same time as all forms of estate management work. This is often viewed as relentless routine work, but we view this as an essential part of our offer. Because we are fully conversant with the requirements of the Licensing and Gambling Acts, any estate management and/or acquisition or disposal issues which require knowledge of these Acts can be readily dealt with.
