For 50 years, our New Build Plot sales team has provided a modern, specialised residential plot sales service to over 45 national, regional and local developers, housing associations, consortiums and councils, handling over 4000 annual plot sales, part exchanges, management agreements, forward sale agreements, deeds of variation, infrastructure, open space transfers and associated matters.
We are experts in all aspects of social housing - shared ownership sales, staircasing, assignments, right to buy, right to acquire, void sales, licences to assign (over 55's and shared ownership), stock disposals, surrenders and re-grants, redemptions, repossessions, buy-backs and auction sales.
We deal with freehold, leasehold (and on one occasion commonhold!) properties of all descriptions – houses, traditional blocks of flats, coach-houses, discounted market value plots, maisonettes, new builds, conversions, custom-build, regeneration projects, retirement schemes, mixed use schemes, and managed freehold. We deal with all aspects of leasehold properties, both with and without management companies, maintenance companies and managing agents as well as advising on government grant funding agreements and the New Homes Quality Code. We also act for receivers and consortiums in relation to more complex site arrangements.
